By “your world” we mean the specific requirements of our customers. Is directly available packaging from our standard range suitable for your transport goods or do you need an individual solution for your transport container? We get to the bottom of these questions in our needs analysis and develop an initial roadmap for the further course of the project.
What could your product look like? We will first clarify this question on the computer. Using the latest CAD technology, we build your solution in every detail until it optimally fulfills all the desired properties. In this phase you can literally watch how an idea becomes a perfect design. At the same time, our development ensures that all questions of feasibility are clarified early and comprehensively.
The combination of precise measurement and customised foam production enables us to offer transport solutions that meet the highest standards. Our dedicated team of experts are on hand throughout the process and will work closely with you to ensure your specific requirements are met. Our in-house foam production enables us to develop the ideal interior of the transport box.
Based on the developed solution, we create a handmade prototype that meets all the desired requirements in every detail: from the custom-fit container with all handles and fittings to electronic and mechanical installations and attachments, right through to equipping with foam parts and customer-specific labelling.
Does your solution really deliver what it promises? We determine this in a comprehensive qualification phase of the prototype. Pressure tests, drop tests, tightness, legal conformity - if necessary, we can carry out almost all the required procedures in-house. This also applies if your transport packaging requires official certification.
What delivery quantities do you need and when? Would you like us to store certain quantities for you and have them available on demand? We clarify these important questions in advance in order to provide our customers with maximum flexibility and rapid product availability. We then easily adapt our capacities to customer requirements.
Following successful qualification, we begin production to industrial standards. Controlled by our skilled workers and with a high degree of automation, our modern machinery takes over production. We produce any desired quantity of transport packaging for our customers quickly, with high precision and particularly economically.
We carry out standard inspections such as worker inspections and QA inspections in every single process step.Tests in accordance with QSP, test plans and test protocols individually agreed with our customers are additional measures with which we ensure the uncompromising quality and flawless processing of your transport containers.
We are known on the market for the highest level of perfection in production. This is the reason why customers who have worked with us once come back to us again and again. Our stringent quality controls enable us to detect even the smallest inaccuracies before the product is dispatched, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
If required, we can designate a bonded warehouse for our customers and, on request, take care of all formalities relating to international shipping and customs clearance before dispatch. We can deliver large orders in bulk or keep certain quantities available for you on call at our warehouse.
