Our laser engravings are suitable for permanently and unmistakably marking plastic shells of transport containers. The container colors anthracite, silver or olive green have excellent conditions for laser engraving. The other standard colors enable engravings that depend solely on the marking on the container. The color of the laser engraving cannot be influenced, but the content can. Whether lettering, logo or special design – we would be happy to develop a layout for you that is permanently linked to your container.
Stickers as labelling elements are easy to affix and adhere permanently to the outside or inside of your transport container. Our stickers are suitable for indoor and outdoor use, highly scratch-resistant, weatherproof and resistant to solvents such as turpentine or petrol and several alkalis and acids. Choose from two sticker sizes (50 mm or 100 mm high). Combine a sticker colour (tape: transparent, black, silver, white, yellow, orange, red, green, blue) with the matching lettering colour (white, red or black).
For high-quality labelling, logos or lettering, we use the hot stamping process. We work with you to create the desired design. The hot stamping tool is then produced on our CNC-controlled milling machines. During hot stamping, a coloured foil is permanently bonded to the container shell. You specify the colour and layout - we take care of the rest. This gives your high-quality production item an absolutely professional look and ensures that it remains a long-lasting eye-catcher.
Logo embossing on one of our transport boxes is particularly suitable for permanent labelling, for example for brand or company names. Our design department develops a design template from your specifications and wishes, from which we create a CNC-milled logo plate in our production department. The plate lies directly on the tool during the thermoforming process and transfers your logo perfectly to the container shell. The result is your company-specific container that expresses your corporate design in a sustainable way.
Not all foam is the same.The contents of your case are just as unique. In order to make your foam padding clear and concise, we can apply labelling and lettering directly to the foam material using our laser engraving process. Permanent and irremovable, it is immediately recognisable what you are dealing with.You can expect excellent results with our black or anthracite-coloured foams.
Screen printing enables us to fulfil original customer requests. We coordinate the size, colour and design of the screen print pattern with you. You can specify an individual colour tone (RAL) in accordance with your company's corporate identity. Our service includes the production of a screen printing tool and the precise application of the print to the desired surface - durable, individualised and professional.

Lid embossing is our simplest and most economical form of tray customisation. We produce the tool for you from capital letters (letter height in 25 or 32 mm) for lid embossing. During deep drawing, the embossing tool is fixed to the deep drawing tool. This means that any lettering or numbers can be permanently moulded into the shape of the shell.
